Roommate wanted for 1330 sq ft, 2 bedroom 2 bath high rise condo with sweeping unrestricted views of Falls Church to Arlington and the District, a long, large balcony, w/d, d/d, central air/heat. The photos are of the owner's furniture, not mine. I moved in recently. I am looking for a roommate who is a professional and looking for affordable place in a convenient area: 20-25 mins to the District, Fairfax, McClean, Oxon Hill, MD. Free metro shuttle next door weekdays. Prefer someone for 3-6 months or more.

Secured building and garage. Amenities include: gym with a sauna and steam room in each. Billiards room, nice pool and outdoor area.

Will require the usual credit and background checks per the owner.

Room is unfurnished but can be furnished, if necessary. Share 1 GB Fios internet and electricity monthly TV/streaming services $40 for all (Sling TV, Roku, Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV). I don't have cable nor the high cost of it.

I am a professional and clean and respectful. I work remotely and a lot of hours while I get back to focusing on my business now that my move is over. I enjoy cooking much of the time. Stocked kitchen. From Los Angeles and loves everything blue, fine art, music, and California.

On the Alexandria, Arlington and Falls Church lines. Four exits on 395 to DC. 20 minutes to most places.

Local grocery: Trader Joes, Harris Teeter, Aldi, Giant and Whole Foods. Grocery delivery from Amazon Fresh, Whole Foods, Giant. Best Peking Duck in the DMV (if you're not vegan/vegetarian). Local great award winning pizza a few miles away.
