We have a lovely home in Franklin Farm neighborhood. Peaceful and easy access to plenty of areas close by. We offer a one bedroom with private bathroom. Possibility to share a bathroom will allow for a lower price for rent. The bedroom is spacious with 3 closets. Kitchen is barely used by other tenants, who are best friends in their early 30's. House also has a large yard, patio, and screened in porch. We hope to find a nice person who keeps a tidy and pleasant home! Thank you for your consideration!
