That is our biggest ask & the rest we are very flexible on… 🤘 just ask!

YOU:
The ideal roommate would be a young professional or graduate student who is quiet, clean and respectful. Non-partier, no drugs or smoking/vaping. Easy going personality — we are not into drama 😂 must be clean in communal spaces, quiet & treat our common spaces as their own.

We also have 2 cats (who live on the top floor) and 1 dog who are a big part of our lives. So must not be allergic and must love animals!

Sadly, we cannot have any additional animals on site 😢 so only cat & dog aunties & uncles, please. 🙏🏼
