Private room, shared bathroom (with other clean, nice and respectful male) in Fairfax near George Mason University (min) and Northern VA Community College (NOVA) (min), Fairfax Station (min), Metro Bus Stop at intersection ft away. Nice and quiet neighborhood, close to many parks, and shopping centers (Walmart, Safeway, Giant, Costco....). Bathroom is new, has just been built recently.
This is a quiet house, good place for studying or resting after work. All utilities are included. Free highspeed Verizon Fios internet. Full access to kitchen (light cooking preferred), dining and living room, deck, washer, dryer (at lower level). You always have parking in the driveway or on the street in front of the house.
Room will be furnished with a bed. I am looking for a person who is clean and respects other people. Owner doesn't live there.
Please: no guests. required length of stay is months or more. Onemonth deposit is required when moving in.
