I am looking to rent out the second bedroom in my 2 bed/1 bath condo. The price includes all utilities, internet, and most commonly shared household items such as cleaning supplies and small kitchen appliances. All the living areas except the bedroom are shared. Everything but the bedroom is furnished. The parking is a one time $25 fee then it's yours for as long as you live here. The parking lot has several buses that run both to George Mason and vienna metro. It is walking distance to a Giant and multiple restaurants and shops.

Just fyi, getting in involves half a flight up then down steps.
