You'll enter the apartment via a brickstone walkway to a walled patio which features a grilling area and a wisteria covered pergola and then continue to the enclosed porch which leads down to the apartment itself. The apartment has a fullsize kitchen with an adjacent sitting room, a bedroom with lots of closet space, a separate laundry and a dedicated gymyoga room for mindbody exercise which is near the fullsize bathroom. Plenty of street parking in front of the property, space to keep a bicycle and practice hobby gardening if so desired. We are a retired couple and would like to, strictly, rent it to a quiet, mature, professional or retired lady .
