I have a room for rent in Clifton, VA (Little Rocky Run, near Centreville HS). Private bedroom, 13' x 13' with a 7' closet, unfurnished, 2nd floor, view of the backyard. The bathroom is private but detached from the bedroom (it is across the hall, but nobody else uses it). You will have full use of the living spaces -- kitchen, laundry, living room, dining room, and one side of a 2-car garage. Fenced backyard, perfect for dogs (I do have a dog -- a 65 lb Labradoodle named Fuzzy -- very loving, once he gets to know you). Also has deck & patio with full tree coverage, perfect for relaxing. Twice per month maid service is included in the rent.

Now a little about me: I am a recently divorced Christian (but not a bible thumper), early 60s, non-smoker, quiet, like to cook, and try to keep the house clean (but am not a neat freak!). I am a VP of Business Development of a large IT systems integrator firm, and since COVID work from out of my home office. I am originally from Wisconsin, am a Green Bay Packer fan, and enjoy a frosty beverage (aka beer) from time-to-time -- OK, more often than time-to-time, but it is my only vice!

The house is within easy walking distance from Centreville HS and Union Mill Elementary School, and also walking distance from community pool, workout facilities, basketball & tennis courts and Colonnade shopping center. 10 minute drive to Manassas / Centreville / Chantilly, 15 minutes to George Mason University (Fairfax), 20 minutes to Herndon / Reston / Vienna.

The room is listed at $1300. I have a second bedroom (12' x 11' w/ 7' closet) that can be added for an additional $400 (or, $1700 total).
