I'm preparing a spacious, approximately 2,200-square-foot three-level townhouse in Centreville/Chantilly area for a December 1 rental.

Two bedrooms are available within a three-bedroom home. The primary bedroom is generously sized and includes a private ensuite bathroom and clothing storage. The second bedroom has access to a separate full bathroom.

There is also a half bath on the main level.
The home features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, shared living and dining areas, and a large open basement with a separate room with a washer and dryer.

The basement offers additional flexible space for a recreation room, home office or exercise area.
The homeowner retains a private bedroom and is frequently away, so the occupants will generally enjoy a quiet and relatively independent living arrangement. The homeowner stays occasionally (usually on weekends).

Ideally, I'm looking for considerate, responsible, and courteous roommates who are clean, respectful of shared spaces, and appreciate a peaceful, comfortable home environment. A friendly, easygoing attitude, good communication, and mutual respect are important.

I'd welcome:

Professional couple: Two bedrooms, private master bathroom and plenty of living space.

Two responsible roommates: Separate bedrooms, shared common areas and a large basement.

Convenient location near shopping centers, restaurants, Wegmans, Giant and Trader Joe's, with neighborhood walking and biking opportunities.

Rent: $1,950/month, utilities included. No pets.
