Hello! We have room for you here, and we believe you would find our home comfortable and quiet and absolutely drama-free, unless you count the occasional bickering we have when my husband leaves his stuff all over!

The upper level in our townhome is dedicated to our tenants and we have our private space in the basement. Our first current tenant is an IT professional and works nights 4 days a week. He has been here for over 4 years, if that says anything about the level of peace and comfort you can have here. He is quiet and mainly stays in his room doing computer stuff (don’t ask, I have no idea!). There are two other bedrooms that share a full bath with jacuzzi jetted tub/shower. One room is occupied by a retired male. The remaining room has a queen bed, large flat screen TV, dresser, nightstand and closet. The room has decor items that you can use or add your own as you wish,

All rooms come with all utilities, high speed wireless internet, a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with dining space for 4 and TV that has most premium streaming services and YouTube TV for local channels. We have cards and board games like backgammon and dominoes for community fun. The outside space is peaceful and comfortable and has a gas grill and solo stove for firepit evenings.

Our community is close to I66, shopping and some very fine ethnic restaurants. Be it Pho’, Korean BBQ, Mediterranean, Sushi, Neapolitan pizza, or burgers and ribs - Centreville has it all! We are fortunate to have great neighbors who help each other out and love to have impromptu hangouts in the parking lot with wine around the firepit.

My husband and I are retired and occupy the basement level. I operate a very small sewing and craft business in my spare time. We have an 11 year old Eskipoo dog who is lively and friendly, but mostly stays by my side as if she is attached by Velcro. We are Christian’s who live quietly, and any entertainment we do is mainly with our family during the holidays.
