A caring, non-smoking woman who is willing to provide part time morning elder care in exchange for free rent.

Accommodations:
Fully furnished bedroom in a three bedroom two bath condo near Franconia/Springfield area. Quiet, well kept condo complex with great neighbors. Close to metro and walking distance from Wegmans.

Elder Care Duties:
Monday - Friday: Wake up mom at 8:00 am, provide easy to prepare breakfast. Awake mom at 12:00pm to provide no cook lunch. Toileting assistance as necessary. Duties would also include willingness to assist at other times when I am not at home on a case by case basis with advance notice.

Ideal Person:
Student with mornings free, individual with a full time remote job, retired individual.

About us:
I am a very active 64 year old high school teacher. I love to bike, hike, swim, and travel. My 94 year old mother and her very friendly Yorkie live with me. We are both friendly and informal. We like to chat but also respect other’s boundaries and need for quiet time.
