Room available for sublet in Alexandria townhouse!

Bedroom! (Idk why it’s sideways)

I’m moving out of my room in a spacious 3-story 4bd/3.5bth townhouse. Looking for a female young professional or student in her early to mid twenties to take over the space, available early August and lasting through end of June 2027.

Rent is $892.50 plus utilities which average $100-150. It’s a good sized room and shares a bathroom with one other roommate. Also parking is free! It’s about a ~10 min drive to the closest metro (Van Dorn st metro) so would prob be ideal for someone who has a car. Theres a very nice trail for long walks nearby called Holmes Run. There’s also plenty of grocery stores a short drive away - Giant, Harris Teeter, etc. as well as a Clyde’s that’s less than a mile away!

The current roommates are all girls in their early to mid twenties - Lindsey, Julia and Kyah. Lindsey is a high school teacher (and who you’d share the bathroom with), Julia is a VT grad student and Kyah works in sales. We are a cat household so definitely ideal for someone who likes cats! Unfortunately bc there are already cats, we can’t have anymore animals.

Before being approved, you’d just have to pay for a background check/credit report through our landlord, which is $50 max.

I’ve enjoyed living here, the girls are all very friendly and always down to watch Love Island or DWTS together, I’m only moving to be in DC. We all met through Facebook last year and it worked out well, so hoping to find the same this time around.
