Two bedrooms available in Alexandria

There is an available room in our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo ($1000/month). The bedroom is large enough for a queen bed, dresser, and a desk. While the pictures don't show it, the room has a closet in it. The unit as a whole is quiet and clean, and was fully renovated in 2020. All utilities and internet are included. Conveniently located along Route 1 with easy access to Old Town, Fort Belvoir, Springfield, and 495.

The room also comes with access to a storage unit across the hall from the unit.

There is currently one couple in their 30s (and their adorable older dog) living in the unit, and a woman in her 40s. The couple is moving out August 31st.

Everyone currently in the unit is friendly and respectful. We (the owners) try to make sure that everyone living in the unit feels safe, comfortable, and at home.
