There is an available room in our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo ($1000/month). The bedroom is large enough for a queen bed, dresser, and a desk. The unit as a whole is quiet and clean, and was fully renovated in 2020. All utilities and internet are included. Conveniently located along Route 1 with easy access to Old Town, Fort Belvoir, Springfield, and 495.

The room also comes with access to a storage unit across the hall from the unit.

Your housemates would be a woman in her 40s and a male in his 20s.

Everyone currently in the unit is friendly and respectful. We (the owners) try to make sure that everyone living in the unit feels safe, comfortable, and at home.
