Two bedrooms available in Alexandria

There are two available rooms in our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo (each room is $1000/month). Both bedrooms are large enough for a queen bed, dresser, and a desk. The unit as a whole is quiet and clean, and was fully renovated in 2020. All utilities and internet are included. Conveniently located along Route 1 with easy access to Old Town, Fort Belvoir, Springfield, and 495.

The rooms also come with access to a storage unit across the hall from the unit.

There is currently one couple in their 30s (and their adorable older dog) living in the unit, but they are moving out August 31st. Both individuals are super kind and respectful (one of them has lived there for over two years). Once they move out, the primary bedroom (with private bathroom) will be available for $1200/month.

Everyone currently in the unit is friendly and respectful. We (the owners) try to make sure that everyone living in the unit feels safe, comfortable, and at home.
