Two cousins looking for a roommate. We have a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse in Kingstowne, Alexandria. Great neighborhood, great location. We are 24(male) and 27(female). It is a 3 story townhouse so both ladies will take the rooms upstairs while I will be in the basement. The room for rent does not have a private bathroom but the one in the hall will be yours.
