Looking for 1 roommate to split a beautiful apt

Hello! Currently looking for 1 roommate to help with cost of 2bd/2 bath apartment. I am currently a tenant at an apartment complex with my lease ending on 12/06/25. I would love to remain within the neighborhood as it’s a great community and IMHO I think it’s one of the best neighborhoods in the area. I’ve been renting for about 3 years! I need to move out of this particular room by the end of lease. I am currently the head of my house with two other roommates but after the lease we will be parting ways. Looking for preferably a male with a budget of at least $1000. This will cover the rent plus the utilities. The apartment complex is located near off Little River Trnpike. There are multiple floor plans to choose from ranging anywhere from 750 sqft to 900sqft, 1 or 2 floors depending on floor plan chosen. The apartment complex also has its own gym, pool, outdoor grill area, and a superb maintenance staff- very responsive and efficient. Parking options for your vehicle Due to excellent on time payments and being a good tenant, the leasing office is willing to facilitate a transfer to another apartment while potentially avoiding some one time fees. This would be pending your approved application of course. I am clean, responsible, have a good job and easy to get along with.
