I have a room available in Kingstowne, Alexandria. I'm looking for a female roommate. ! It's s a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, double master suite luxury apartment. It' s VERY NICE and located in a VERY NICE BEAUTIFUL AREA! It comes with a washer and dryer, fireplace, sun room, and best of all, the bedrooms are separated by the dining room for privacy. It also comes with a tennis court;, pool, and; a free fitness center. Also includes HOME BAR and Popcorn Machine. It's located in the beautiful area of Kingstowne, Alexandria near the Springfield metro. It s 5 min to 95, 395, and 495. It's close by several grocery and shopping centers. Plenty of free parking and bike and running paths nearby. Movie theater is walking distance. I am a very friendly person and get along with everyone.
