Looking for a roommate to share townhome. 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhome in Alexandria, VA. Room is a 12X12 sqft room on the top floor (shared level) with ensuite bathroom and a small walk-in closet. The rest of the house is shared minus the garage/driveway. There is plenty of condo community street parking available. Two miles from Van Dorn Metro and fast access to 395/495/95 junctions. Quiet and safe neighborhood with direct access to Bren Mar Park, community pool, and tennis courts. Great for commuters to DC, Arlington, etc. Room is not furnished. Your part of the rent is $1250 + half of electric/gas/wifi (around $150). Security deposit of 1 month rent required.

Alternatively, if you just need a room to sleep in, we can do $850 + utilities.

I’m the only other person in the house. I am a cleared consultant for the government and work in person, and am looking for someone who also works in person. I’m also in a masters program, visit home pretty often, and in the Army Reserves, so you will rarely see me around. I’m pretty chill and understanding, but I do ask that you are reliably employed, mutually respectful, and naturally prefer to keep a clean space. No smoking/drugs, pets, couples or frequent/overnight guests. Background check required.
