Lease Takeover (Great Deal)-the Main on University

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at The Main on University from November 1st, 2026 through July 31st, 2027. The apartment has been available since August 1st, so you can already move in and don't pay anything until November.
I’m also offering a big discount during the lease term as a takeover bonus, so instead of the $1,399 I was paying, you would be only paying $1,149 from November 1st 2026 until July 31st 2027 (9 months). I will deposit $2,250 to the lease payment website to be split every month, so it ends up being cheaper for you.

Rent: $1,149/month (full price is $1,399, but again, I will have $2,250 on the lease account to be split monthly to make it cheaper for you, so you won’t pay the full price)
Floor Plan: 4 Bed / 4 Bath (4x4)
Location: 4512 University Dr, Fairfax, VA 22030. It is just in front of George Mason University, less than 5 min walking.
Bonus: $250 off the entire rent for the full term

Located on the 4th floor, which is at ground level from this side of the building, making access extremely convenient.

-Why this room is one of the best in the building

This room is located in the Apartment 1431, and its letter is A, which is one of the larger bedrooms in the 4x4 layout (my room is the one highlighted in red in the floor plan, named the Portsmouth).

Its location is a huge advantage:

Just steps from the Level 4 street entrance.
Close to the Level 4 Atrium entrance (one of the building's main entrances; look at the 5th picture for reference).
Very close to the garage elevator, making it quick and easy to get to your room when arriving or carrying groceries.

These small conveniences make everyday living much easier compared to many other units.

-Roommates

The apartment has space for four people, and three male roommates are living there. Two of them that I had previously shared the apartment with will be staying for another year. They're respectful, friendly, and very easy to live with. If you would like to bring friends there let them know and they won’t be bothered. Also, they aren’t the type to party in the apartment either, so it will be a calm environment. Finally, the apartment has a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

The Main on University is one of the most convenient student communities for George Mason University, offering furnished apartments, modern amenities, study spaces, fitness facilities, a pool, grills, game rooms, and quick access to campus.

Parking is available separately through The Main.
