Bedroom for Rent

Hello. The $690 a month rental price is intended for someone who needs a place to stay during the workweek rather than a full-time residence. Rent would be $900 a month if you are looking for a full-time residence. I am open to either situation. This Includes all Utilities. Please read the entire listing before contacting me. This isn't available until November sometime.

The arrangement is best suited for someone who lives outside of Northern Virginia, and comes into the area of Fairfax County/ Northern Virginia/Washington D. C., during the week for work, Monday through Friday, and normally returns to their primary home on weekends. This is similar to the arrangement I had with my past two roommates.

ABOUT THE ROOM:

The room includes a 55" Smart TV, full size bed, storage, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot/kettle, closet, and a full-size private bathroom. Wifi / High-speed 500 Mb internet also with Ethernet cable, cable TV, Stereo, and Roku are also included.

There is a side entrance to the home that leads directly to the bedroom, giving you convenient and private access as you come and go. The room has its own heating and air conditioning, which you control completely. The bathroom is accessed only from inside the bedroom and would be for your use only.

There is always parking available in my driveway or directly in front of the home on a private street. There is also a Koi fish pond, deck, and garden.

This is a month-to-month rental for one person, with a minimum 8 month stay, preference to longer term. The home is a good fit for a mature responsible person, with a stable daytime work schedule, and who appreciates a quiet and clean living environment.

To be clear, Rent is $690/month Only for this weekday arrangement and includes all utilities (possibly negotiable). $900 a month would be the rent if you would be a Full Time Roommate. Thanks!
