This isn't available until September and the day is flexible. $690 Rent is Only for a roommate that is a "Weekend Commuter", which means you live out of town and come in town during the week, Monday through Friday just to work, and then go back to your family and home in another city on weekends, as my past 2 roommates did. I would rent to a full time roommate for $900 a month. Rent includes all Utilities. The room has inside it a 55" TV, Bed, Storage, Small Refrigerator, Microwave, Closet, and a full size bathroom. Hi speed internet (500Mb) with Ethernet, Cable TV & Roku. There is a side door on the home that goes to the bedroom so you would have privacy as you come and go. There is also a Koi fish Pond/Deck and garden if that interest you. The room has it's own heat and air conditioning that you would completely control. The bathroom would only be used by you and is only accessed from inside the bedroom. There is always parking available in my driveway or directly out front of my home on a private street. I am an older male and the only other person that will be living there. I don't smoke and keep my home clean. This will be a month to month rental for 1 person male or female.
