Looking for one roommate to join onto my lease and room with me in Ellipse at Fairfax Corner. Available bedroom is master bedroom with a connected private bathroom. Apartment has a full kitchen and washer/dryer we can both use and share. There are some furnishings in the living room, dining room, and kitchen; your bedroom is unfurnished. Monthly utilities (water, gas, electric, internet) averages $150, which we will split. Within quick driving distance of George Mason University, NoVa Annandale campus, and Vienna metro station. Fairfax corner Shopping center and Fair oaks mall are both right down the road. There is a Costco and Walmart nearby or a Wegmans if you prefer a more high-end grocery store. Apartment complex/neighborhood is clean, safe and quiet.
The complex has a really awesome gym if that’s your thing.
We each get 1 free parking pass for the parking lots
