Tenant of this room to share a bathroom with 3 other tenants. Similar to a Quad Dorm style setup in a University.

The 4 small private rooms for rent share a common area with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee pot.

Rent $850 a month. Security deposit required.

Utilities included. Coin-operated washer and dryer.

Light kitchen use preferred

Owners live in home as well, primarily in a separate section of the house.

Background and Credit check required, as well as rental application, proof of income and Government-issued ID. Interested applicant to pay $47 fee through SmartMove by TransUnion to run checks.

No overnight guests unless approved by owner
Parking space for one vehicle on property, or street parking.

Ideally looking for a quiet, mature, kind student or professional who is comfortable with this co-living arrangement and very considerate of the others living in the home.
