2 Rooms & 1 shared bathroom. (Females only)

We are a christian family household who believes in Jesus Christ and are born again believers. We serve only One God, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. We are looking to share 2 furnished rooms with furnitures and each with a closet. Both roomers will use a shared bathroom. Our house is in a quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Walking distance to George Mason University. For our house, we are looking to share a space (bedroom and a shared bathroom) with a female roomer who is interested in taking up a one room in our house with a shared bathroom with another female roomer. The house does have an in-unit laundry. And the price does include utilities and lawn. We would like a female who respects our religion, and will not occupy the room and/or share the house with other religions, beside Christianity. We want to keep our household a Christian household, meaning we don’t want any idols in our house. By idols, we mean other religions or statues/symbols. The female roomer will share the living room, dining room, kitchen, 2nd floor, balcony, and basement with the landlord and her family. The family costs of the Mother, 2 daughters and 2 sons, sometimes, not all are in the house. The female roomer will get a single private bedroom with a shared bathroom inside the house. The female roomer is required to pay for background check done by us. Rules of the house are required to be followed. Some consists of, rent to be paid by the due date, mandatory no exceptions. No drinking, and/or secular musics/movies. The female roomer can have visitors over ( 4 maximum), no sleep over, no staying past 7:00pm, and no loud noise. No pets and/or no smoking, this includes the female roomer’s visitors. No cursing, fighting, violence, destruction of property is allowed, this includes the female roomer’s visitors. No shoes inside the house, this includes the female roomer’s. visitors. The contract will explain everything. Our rules are subject to change at anytime. All the best on your search!
