Looking for a roommate

The apartment is located at Belmont Hills Apartment complex. The complex requires you to fill out an application and pay their fee. You need to be able to pass their background check, income verification, and credit report.

I am looking for someone who is quiet, clean, and respectful. I work full-time hours as a professional. I do have a companion, she is a Maltese. She is my support dog, therefore I am not able to have any other animals in the apartment. I am easy going, watch some tv. I love to cook. I hope to find someone who is very similar.

The apartment is on the ground floor. Very easy access especially when you are bringing groceries in. The apartment is very spacious, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You have your own bedroom with a semi walk-in closet, plenty of storage. It has nice sized windows to bring the light in. I do have a queen-size bed in the room. There is still plenty of space to walk around it. The bathroom has a tub and shower combination. A big sink with lots of storage underneath it. You have use of the living room space and use of the eat-in-kitchen. Parking is in the parking lot.
