Your private, carpeted master bedroom measures 17' × 11.5' and features a ceiling fan along with two closets spanning the back wall, providing 11 linear feet of closet space. Additional storage is available behind the closets as well as in the attic, if needed. Opposite the closets, two 6' × 4' windows overlook the backyard garden. Your private en-suite bathroom includes a north-facing window and a walk-in shower (no tub, though access to a soaking tub can be arranged).

​Parking: Dedicated off-street parking space on the left side of the house (I park on the right).
​Common Areas: Shared access to the home's main living areas, including a first-floor office with French doors, a living room with a fireplace and sliding glass doors opening to the back deck, and an upstairs craft/bonus room.

​Neighborhood
The neighborhood is quiet and diverse with mature trees. A Food Lion, CVS, Bella Italia, and various local shops are just five minutes away on Iron Bridge Road. Chippenham Parkway (VA-150) is about 6 minutes (3 miles) away, and I-95 about 10 minutes (5 miles) away. Route 288 is further west, typically a 12-to-15-minute drive via Route 10 or Courthouse Road.
