2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom for rent in Midlothian

I am renting out both upstairs bedrooms and one bathroom to one tenant, available now. House is a Cape Cod style home in Midlothian off of Lucks Lane, close to both 288 and 76. 25 minutes to either Richmond or the West End. House has a downstairs master bedroom so the entire upstairs with the exception of the laundry room would be yours. The house has an ideal setup for a roommate situation. The only common areas are the upstairs laundry room and the kitchen, which is just at the bottom of the steps. Both bedrooms are roughly 11.5x11.5 ft so you can have one office/living room and one bedroom. I have two medium size dogs, but both are well behaved. Lease structure is month-to-month so that if the living situation is incompatible neither of us are locked into a long-term agreement, however my previous two tenants stayed for 5 years and 2 years respectively. Background check and income verification are required. First month's rent and a security deposit of $750 are due at time of lease signing. Kitchen cleanliness is non-negotiable. Prefer a very clean, professional tenant who will be respectful of the home. Occasional company is totally fine, very frequent company or lots of noise is not. I expect quiet between 10pm and 6am. Trash, internet, electric, and water are included in rent. I sleep with the house pretty cold, around 65 degrees, and it's usually 3-4 degrees warmer upstairs so if you are a super hot or super cold sleeper that may be a consideration.
