Laid back working household, pet friendly,

Pet friendly house, My boyfriend and I (Andrew and Eileen) share the master bedroom with attached bathroom. We have cats. Our roommate Danaya has 1 room and whoever has the other room with share a bathroom with her upstairs. There is also a half bathroom downstairs. She has 1 dog. Large living room and kitchen. friendly, but if youre uncomfortable with smoking inside we can smoke outside. No cigarette smoking in the house. I (Eileen) am a chef, Andrew works in security and Danaya works in the medical field and goes to med school. We've all lived together for over a year and get a long very well. Super easy going and always baking and making good food in the house. We have a pool table in the living room. Kitchen has 2 fridges, andrew and i share one so there's plenty of room. Brand new oven. Rent is $ a month plus of water bill and electric bill. Roughly ( $) a month for both.) Internet is included. Been gradually fixing the house up nice over time, going to be planting a garden and building a patio out back. The room is fairly large. Looking to have someone move in by august 1st- September 1st
