I have 2 rooms for rent that are both FURNISHED. The small room is $875 & the large is $975. Both rooms are $1,325. There is one FULL BATHROOM in the hall. The master bedroom has the other full bath. THE HALF BATH is on the FIRST FLOOR.

The price is FAR LESS than apartment pricing. UTILITIES are included. There is FREE HIGH SPEED WiFi INTERNET. The laundry room is included.

The small room has a $600 DEPOSIT. The large room alone or both rooms has a $700 DEPOSIT.

I AM LOOKING FOR ONE OR TWO PEOPLE TOTAL that are both quiet, clean and willing to chip in with keeping the home clean. One can be single, a professional, student, parent with a child a couple and other considerations. I am a laid back quiet person that gets along with most any other person. I've worked as a Registered Respiratory Therapist for over 30 years.

I am the first home owner moving in April of 2012. I take pride in my home & I expect others to treat it the same.

I own TWO ANIMALS. My CAT is one year old & very playful. My DOG is LARGE & FRIENDLY. One should be an animal lover & not afraid of dogs. If one is not it would be difficult to live in a pet filled home.

I am 11 miles from Charlottesville & 12 miles from UVA HOSPITAL & the STUDENT CAMPUS. I am also 1 mile from the HIGH SCHOOL, MIDDLE, ELEMENTARY & DOWNTOWN CROZET. I-64 is 2 miles away. Waynesboro is a 15 minute drive over the mountain.

The HARRIS TEETER shopping area is within WALKING DISTANCE. Other places within WALKING DISTANCE are doctor, denal offices, DOMINOES, a building supply store, Verizon & other places to eat.
