Single Room in 3 bed house in Charlottesville

I have two rooms for rent. Both of the rooms are furnished. The smaller furnished room leases at $875. The larger furnished room for lease is slightly more and the lease could be determined by the number of people renting in one or two rooms. The larger room has a trundle that opens to the level of the main bed. One room has a TV that is interchangeable.

The home is in a quiet location in the Liberty Hall sub-division. It is across the street from the Harris Teeter. There are dentist offices, Dr. Offices and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood is family oriented with sidewalks and mountain views. The High
School, Middle School & Elementary School are one mile away.

This is a no smoking, no vaping home and property. I have a one year old cat and a 5 year old large friendly dog. I prefer no pets in the home due to having my pets.

Free use of the homes high-speed internet and utilities. The full hall bathroom is in the hall and can be private if one wants to pay a bit more. The home is 10 mi from Charlottesville and is 11 mi from UVA . It is perfect for students of UVA, Piedmont, Virginia Community College, employees of UVA or other occupations. Interstate 64 is 2 miles away. I' ve been renting out rooms for about 11 years. My longest tenant stayed for 3 years and she was a student. I am the landlord and I live in the master bedroom with a full bath. A half bath is on the main floor. The laundry is in the home.

The 2nd picture after the house should be the last picture before the house. It goes with the small bedroom. The lease term could be negotiable.
