Hi, we (31NB and 29F) are renters of a condo unit, and our other housemate is moving out. We are looking to fill the vacant room, which is the master bedroom with its own private bathroom, so that we can renew the lease. The room is available starting August 1 for a one-year lease.

The condo building is an 8-minute walk to Rosslyn Metro, and close to Starbucks, Target, and Safeway. Our unit has an enclosed balcony, in-unit laundry, and access to building amenities including a pool, a gym, and a 24/7 front desk.

Rent is $1250/mo and utilities are ~$50/mo. The move-in date is August 1, 2025, for a one-year lease. A parking spot is available in the parking garage and the building is pet-friendly.

We are LGBT-friendly, neurodivergent-friendly, and nonsmoking.  We are both working professionals, we keep common areas clean, and we set our quiet hours at 11pm.
