Private room in house of young professionals

Available October 4th, move in date flexible. One private bedroom is available in a shared home at 644A S Illinois St, Arlington, VA 22204. Rent is $1,450 per month per room plus your share of the utilities, which average around $70 a month (water is paid every 3 months). Free parking is included, and the lease is for one year.

You'll be living with 3 other young professionals with one more room available for a 4th. All are men in their mid twenties.

You will share a bathroom with one other tenant. The unit has a washer and dryer. A large kitchen with modern appliances. A large common area. A pre-tended garden and yard, though the tenants are responsible for lawn care such as mowing, watering, and weeding. No pets or couples at this time. Easy access to park and nature trails from the road next to the house. Safe and quiet community, access to both ART and WMATA bus routes which lead to the Ballston metro station.

The room is 13x10 with a built in closet and shelving unit. The windows have both shutters and blackout curtains. Furnishing in room photos is not included, only curtains will be left behind.
