Two rooms for rent in Clarendon!

There are two rooms for rent in a house in Clarendon starting at end of Sept/Oct 1. I’ve lived here for over two years and it’s great—my two roommates leaving are a couple moving back to CA, otherwise we’ve been living together for 1 and 2 years respectively.

Each room is $875 plus utilities (~$125 per month depending on usage)! I am waiting on my second roommate for the photo of that room. The rooms share a bath, and then there is an in-unit washer/dryer, all the normal kitchen appliances etc. Being a house, we also have a great big front porch and backyard at our disposal.

Permitted street parking is $55 per year plus we have access to the driveway.

Lease is month to month, just have to find a replacement and pay $400 lease change fee to the property managers upon move out.

I’m 33F, work full time in government contracting and then I also just started grad school. I like to be social but respect others personal space/time. When I have time, I like cooking/baking, hiking, traveling, spending time with friends etc.

The house is off Garfield and 10th street so an easy walk to the metro, Trader Joe’s etc.
