Arlington 2-Bedroom Lease Takeover, First Month’s

Available September 1, 2026. The lease runs through October 7, 2027.

Monthly rent is $2,295. I will provide a $2,295 credit toward the first month’s rent after the applicant is approved and the lease takeover is completed.

$400 amenity fee
Electricity must be placed in the new resident’s name
Water and sewage are billed by management, averaging about $20 per month

The new resident must apply, qualify, and be approved by apartment management. The first-month credit will be provided after approval and completion of the official lease takeover.
