Room in Arlington, VA – $900/month all inclusive

We’re looking for a responsible male roommate to rent a room in a shared house in Arlington, VA, near Bailey’s Crossroads. Move-in would be September 1. The current lease runs through March, with the possibility of renewal.

Rent is $900/month, and utilities are included.

The house is in a great location, with street parking directly in front of the house, walking-distance access to bus stops, and beautiful wooded nature trails directly behind the property.

- Bi-weekly cleaning and lawn care provided by the owner
- Owner/landlord lives in the basement apartment
- Two other male housemates
- Room shares a hall bathroom with one other person

We are looking for someone responsible, respectful, and easy to live with. No pets. No smoking in or around the property, and no vaping indoors in common areas.

Because the owner/landlord lives in the basement below us, we’re looking for someone who keeps reasonable hours and can be mindful of noise, especially later at night. She is lovely, and we are on great terms with her, so maintaining a respectful living environment is important to us.
