Hi! My roommate Rebecca and I signed a lease for a house that starts on August 1st! The house is a 10 min walk from the Virginia Square-GMU metro station. We are looking for 2 more roommates (gays, gals, and non-binary pals welcome!). We'd prefer roommates around our age (26). The largest room is in the basement and is the size of a den and has a walk in closet. You'd share a bathroom with one other person. The mid sized room is on the first floor and shares the bathroom with one other person. There is an in unit washer and dryer and a giant back yard with a shed. (I have videos of the rooms and bathrooms, which I can send to inquiries - the site doesn't let me post more than one video)

We'd like to be friends with our roommates, but won't force it. We want to keep the house smoke free and clean and don't want parties every weekend. We want someone who will communicate when problems arise and who thinks about how their actions affect common spaces.
