I just purchased a large home in Arlington. It looks north toward DC (can see the fireworks from there I'm told!). I'm looking for a few respectful, financially stable housemates to the home with. The home is in South Arlington near Shirlington.

The house offers over 3,200 square feet of living space, so there's plenty of room for everyone to have privacy while still enjoying a comfortable shared home environment. Whether you're social or prefer to keep to yourself, that's completely fine. My goal is to create a relaxed, welcoming, low-drama household where everyone is considerate and respectful of one another and our differences.

About me: I'm a professional owner-occupant who values a clean, quiet, comfortable home. I'm friendly and approachable but also understand the importance of privacy and personal space. I enjoy socializing, but totally okay with roommates who like to keep to themselves. I have a very sweet ten year old golden retriever who was diagnosed with cancer and now only has three legs, but will still run up to you for pets.
