Hi, I am offering a beautiful room in a large home in Arlington, VA Ballston area. The home is located around ¾ of a mile to the center of Ballston. The home is occupied by two energetic and fun loving professional housemates who work in government or private sector professional jobs. The housemates average age is 35 years old. They love the outdoor, hiking, camping, cook outs, sports and electronic games. Also, they are all smart, clean, tidy, and very very considerate, but love having fun and good times. The housemates love to barbeque, have nice fun gatherings, and other fun social events. Everyone is nice and like I said respectful of others is a main priority and cleanliness especially in the common area.

Your room is large at around 12x14” with a nice sized closet, unfurnished, on the second floor, airy with two good size windows with trees and soft singing birds every day. There is a shared bathroom upstairs for 2 housemates, the master suite has its own bathroom. There is a half bath on the first floor, with nice kitchen, laundry, living room and card/TV room and garage. Storage space is available.
We are seeking a fun-loving housemate that would fit right in. I think you will love the place because it is like living in the country but only minutes from N Virginia and DC. One of the most important things is that the new housemate must be respectful and clean. It is of the highest concern that the common areas are tidy, clean and maintained in good order at all times.

The process is if you are interested is to contact me telling me about yourself and what you are seeking. I will show you around the place to see if you like it. You will then be able to speak with all the roommates and get to know them. Then if you are interested I will provide you an application to be filled out and sent back to me. Once that checks out we can coordinate at the house to sign the lease. We can then work out a move in date which you must pay the first months rent and a security deposit of one month rent ($1,150.00 fully refundable at the end of your stay), plus you will need renter’s insurance. Utilities (water, electric and gas) run average around ~~$90.00 per month.
