Looking for Roommate Arlington

Hi, my name is Zane. I'm currently a 26 year old second year physics PhD student at George Washington University. My current roommate is graduating at the end of our lease (end of May, start of June) and I am looking for a new roommate. The cost per month would be around $1670 (that's including water/electricity/internet).

NOTE: My girlfriend will be living with me on my half, so any interested parties would have to be ok living with a couple. She is also 26 and works as a server/bartender.

You would have your own private bedroom and bathroom. There is in unit washer dryer and a modern kitchen layout. The shared spaces will be fully furnished. You would just need furniture for your bedroom/bathroom and any personal kitchen items.

The apartment is in Arlington off of Columbia Pike and has a weekday shuttle to the pentagon city metro stop. There is a bus stop at the end of the street for the times when the shuttle isn't running (15-20 min walk to the metro station otherwise).

Some other amenities the apartment complex offers is a free gym, rooftop lounge with grills, and a shallow wading pool, also on the roof.

Personally, I'm a big fan of ultimate frisbee and soccer. I also like to cook/bake. I am quite neat and am pretty quiet overall. So we’re looking for someone respectful and tidy to keep the room a relaxed place.
