ALL IN PRICE includes cable, utility. Offer is to rent a BR and dedicated BA in a spacious 3500 sq ft SFH with an additional ~1000 sq foot 3rd floor patio deeply nestled in one of Arlington's amazing parks. House is on a secluded, quiet cul-de-sac.

Monthly rent includes all you need 6-zone FIOS Giga internet, super great cul-de-sac parking available, all utilities and use of private pickleball court only for residents. There are shared spaces: kitchen, home gym, living room. House has cleaners that come every other Friday and will clean, vacuum, and tuck things away. Price also includes unlimited Mrs. Pacman and Golden Tee arcade game access!

Room may be available for shorter stays/crash pad -- if you are a repeat crasher for slightly more.

There is a 3rd bedroom you can use as an office, if you like for an additional +300/month. (This room will not be rented as I use it for out of town guests and friends).

Parking is free, easy and abundant, however, if you prefer you have the option of a dedicated garage available for an additional $150/mo.

House backs onto a beautiful forested park that can be taken all the way down to the Potomac (about 1 mile over a fun, broken trail) and is one light to DC, the canal/Chain Bridge, and all sorts of bike paths (two lights to DCA).
