Looking for roommates for 3 open rooms in my 4BR townhouse in Arlington, available July 7.

The place has a private entrance, furnished common areas, in-house laundry on the second floor, and access to the Bell Courthouse gym and pool next door.

There’s 1 basement bedroom with a private bathroom and 2 upstairs bedrooms that share 1 bathroom.

Rent is $1,940/month per room + utilities, usually about $80–$100/month. Garage parking is also available and is connected to the basement.

I’m mid-20s, work at Capital One, and I’m the only current tenant staying. I keep the place clean and low-key during the week and am social on weekends.

It’s about a 5 min walk to Courthouse Metro. Good fit for individual young professionals, a pair, or a group of 3 friends.
