Looking for a responsible, friendly, clean individual to live in the private carriage house behind a property I will be living in with two other women. The carriage house features its own private entrance and porch, full bathroom, loft bedroom, and kitchenette, with access to the common areas of the main house (kitchen, living room, etc.). There is laundry in the main house basement, a driveway, and street parking.
