Hi friends! I’m looking for someone awesome to sublet my large, private master bedroom in a cozy townhouse in Arlington—ideally within a month as I'm moving out of state🤞 I have loved living here and hope you will too!

The room is on the third floor, so it’s very private. It has two walk-in closets and an ensuite bathroom with great counter space and a shower/tub. The house is a three-story townhouse with a basement, balcony, hardwood floors downstairs, carpet upstairs, and a full washer and dryer.

You’d be living with two respectful, fun working professionals in their late 20s who enjoy cooking and wine nights. One roommate has a very sweet and calm 5-year-old doodle named Poppy.

The location has easy access to 395, Washington DC, and Alexandria. Garage parking rotates, but there’s plenty of street parking nearby! The landlord is kind, responsive, and lives close by for anything we might need.

Rent is $1,117/month, with utilities split separately (WiFi, water, electricity, and gas). The sublet runs from March through the end of July, with an option to re-sign for a full year at the same price!! Early move-in is available in late February at no charge.
