Welcome to our home! This is a big, character-filled house shared by a group of lively yet laid-back women who all have their own schedules, careers, and routines. We come from different backgrounds and personalities, but what ties us together is a genuine respect for one another and a shared goal of keeping our home peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming.

We have one bedroom available as soon as mid-January, but we're happy to accommodate for a February 1 move-in. The bathroom is shared with one other housemate. The monthly rent is $1000 with $75/month for utilities. $1000 deposit. No smoking, no pets (sorry). Street parking is available without a permit.

We’re the type of household that enjoys good energy, the occasional laughter from the kitchen, and spontaneous conversations that make the space feel alive, while still valuing privacy and quiet when it’s time to rest or work.

We like things clean, but we’re not obsessive. Everyone does their part and respects the space. We understand that adulting in today’s economy isn’t easy, so we strive to create a home where people can exhale, a place that feels both practical and warm.
