Welcome to our four-bed, two-bath house with gorgeous granite countertops and free reserved private parking! The property has a beautiful backyard and is perfect for having friends over. The house also sits across from multiple nature trails and a 100-acre wildlife sanctuary. Utilities are split evenly between all housemates, in-unit washer/dryer is also included for free. Parking is super easy; we have a driveway and street parking is unzoned (free and easy!). You will share a bathroom. No pets or couples at this time, please.
About the roommates: One is 23 years old and a law student at Georgetown, originally from Durham, CT, with an undergraduate degree from Tulane University. He enjoys golfing, fishing, cooking, spending time with friends, and is always up for trying a new restaurant or bar, hanging out, or enjoying a night in watching sports or playing cards. Another is 22 years old and currently a grad student at Marymount University studying forensic and legal psychology after recently graduating from Syracuse. He enjoys hiking, kayaking, working out, cooking, baking, movies, and music, and describes himself as quieter, organized, and usually brewing coffee first thing in the morning.
