LARGE PRIVATE ROOM LOACATED IN ARLIGTON/COLUMBIA PIKE SIDE- UTILITIES INCLUDED, WIFI INCLUDED, GYM/ROOFTOP. The room is large enough for a queen, night stand and dresser. The room has a walk-in closet that leads to a large private bathroom. The building has amenities like a state of the art gym, grills, and rooftop that you'll have access to. Public transportation is walking distance, free shuttle available to Blue Line Pentagon City *peak hours only* MOM-FRI, 5 min car ride to Pentagon City Metro.. You'll also have first come first serve parking on open lot (sticker provided). Utilities also included along with WI-FI. I have one older dog and she is very sweet and calm. Aside from that, we have common etiquette in the house such as cleaning up after yourself, alternate with trash disposal and keeping bathrooms clean. I am pretty laid back and work full-time. During the weekends I will be either out enjoying the weather/giving my dog social time or be at home cleaning up and relaxing. I like to keep it low key and keep privacy. *5 MO contract minimum with a Month-to-month agreement/thirty day notice. - MOVE-IN: OCT 20th.
