Private BR and Bath -- wifi, exercise room, garage

Exclusive community. Seeking short-to-medium term renter. Ideally a grad student, new to DC/hill staff, or like professional.

House is an amazing 3800 sq ft townhome backing on parkland. You will have a dedicated garaged parking spot, full bedroom and attached bathroom (it's technically a Jack/Jill but I never use it and you can lock that door). I do have an old dog but he's super friendly -- a black lab. There is free tennis/pickleball in the community and I'll just pay for utilities, wifi, et al so you know your monthly exposure.

I have a full exercise room -- elliptical, treadmill and weights. Also have a 3rd floor tent that is on an amazing private terrace that looks out at parkland.

I'm a divorcee who is figuring out life. As such I'm incredibly quiet and hoping you are too. Although I don't mind if you have friends over generally speaking I'd like quiet hours to start at 10 PM. The neighborhood is conveniently close to Tysons, Chain Bridge, Ballston, Clarendon, Marymount Univ and easy access to DC. That said it's not on the metro it's about a 1.5 mile walk. Lots of parkland, easy walks through amazing forests to the banks of the Potomac and even dog off-leash area close by.
