Hi! I am looking for a roommate because my current one is moving back home. I am a 33 year old attorney and I am looking for a male roommate with no pets. I am responsible and clean, quiet and respectful during the work week but is always down to watch some football and hang out on the couch or grab a beer on the weekends.
For some background on the apartment, it is located in Crystal City, right above the Crystal City metro station. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom (private bathrooms per room) apartment with a balcony, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and other standard appliances.
Additionally, there is 24/7 gym access, full-service concierge, and underground garage parking (optional for an additional fee) and during the summer, there is a private pool available for use. The apartment has a large living area with plenty of space for entertaining or working from home.
