Looking for someone to take over our 1 bedroom loft 1.5 bath unit at Origin Ballston starting mid-April (can be a little flexible on exact date). Current lease runs until 7/22/24 with option to renew at end of lease. The unit features a large walk-in closet with elfa storage system, full bathroom with double sinks and separate tub and shower, linen closet and large bedroom on the second floor. The first floor features a half bathroom, in-unit washer and dryer, a coat closet, large kitchen and living room with floor to ceiling windows. The unit is west facing and receives a ton of sunlight the whole day. We’ve lived here for 2 years and love the building, our unit and the location, but are relocating due to work.
Rent is $3,560/month. A $12 trash fee is also charged by Origin monthly. Parking and storage units in the building are available at an additional monthly fee. Resident responsible for all utilities (internet, cable, electric, water).
Origin is conveniently located next to the Ballston Quarter Mall, providing easy access to many restaurants, businesses and the Ballston Metro station.
