Arlington Luxury Apartment for Short-Term Sublet

I am looking for someone to sublet my 2 bedrooom/2 bathroom apartment for a month and a half for the remainder of my lease (March 1 - April 16). Rent is $2,922/month. The leasing office requires the person subletting to apply (I will cover the $50 application fee) and be approved to take over the lease. You will have the option to then renew the lease at the end of the current lease term. Here are the details:

Location: Crescent Falls Church Apartments in Arlington, VA (less than a 10 min walk from the East Falls Church metro)

Dates of sublet: March 1 - April 16

Amenities: secure and covered parking garage (I’ll cover your cost of parking for one vehicle), fitness center with enough equipment to get you a good workout (including Peloton bikes); conference room, club room, and more. It has a a amazing kitchen with granite countertops, lots of cabinets, stainless steel appliances, countertop range and a wall oven. There’s a 24 Hour Fitness within a 5 min drive. I have about 6 months left on my membership that I will also transfer to you at no cost.

It’s a beautiful apartment, a great building (and it’s concrete so you don’t hear any noise from the neighbors), and a great neighborhood. There’s a patio off the living room and the master bedroom. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet and an en suite with the master having a spa style bath tub and separate standing shower. Floor to ceiling windows in the living and master bedroom and a large portrait window in the second bedroom. Washer and dryer in the unit. Keyless entry. Smart thermostat. There are 3 restaurants in the immediate neighborhood and additional coffee shops, Harris Teeter and restaurants that are also within walking distance. About a 12 minute drive from Tyson’s Corner.
