Looking for someone to take over my part of the lease on a beautiful three-level townhouse in north Arlington: an absolutely beautiful 3 bed, 2.5 bath, 2048 square foot townhouse with garage parking and a fenced, tree-shaded back patio and garden.

The master suite:
- 250+ sf, including a huge bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet
- Vaulted bedroom ceilings with ceiling light and fan
- Bathroom features double vanity, shower, and separate soaking tub
- 9-foot deep walk in closet with built-in shelving
- Windows look out onto tree canopy and house backyard

The house:
- Large living room with south-facing windows
- Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances
- Dining room just off the kitchen

- Attached garage for parking with built-in shelving for storage
- Backyard with patio hardscaping and garden
- Deck overlooking the backyard

The location of this place is fantastic – everything you need (grocery, pharmacy, post office) is only a few minutes’ drive away. There’s also a bus stops that will take you right to the Ballston, Rosslyn, or East Falls Church metros. The house is also easily walkable to Heidelberg Pastry Shoppe, Langston-Brown Community Center (with tennis courts, a fitness center, a dance studio, and other spaces), and local parks/restaurants.

The lease on the townhouse runs through the end of September 2023, with an option to review on a yearly basis. The room can be available basically as soon as you're ready to move in, and I can also work with move-in dates up through January 1, 2023. The room can come furnished with a bed, mattress, sheets, lamp, dresser, desk, and chair if desired.

There are only two other people living in the house, both young professional women in their 20s. We’re looking for a single or couple who is clean, social, responsible, and a nonsmoker. Pets are allowed with landlord approval.
