Hello! Two private rooms available in a shared apartment off S 28th Street, Alexandria VA 22302.

Small room: $1,005/month, unfurnished, available now
Bigger room: $1,055/month, unfurnished, available October 1st

Both rooms are on a 6-month lease with the option to renew for a full year after that. The two rooms share a bathroom. All utilities are included (trash, electricity, water, wifi, etc). No pets, sorry!

Looking for someone who is clean, social, and respectful of the space. The third bedroom is occupied by a young professional woman who has been here since the spring and is staying on, so you would be sharing the common areas with her.

The apartment sits right between two shopping centers, Bradlee Shopping Center and Baileys Crossroads. Shared and furnished spaces include a large private outdoor patio, a living room with a big 4K TV and coffee table, and a kitchen with a load of gadgets. In-unit laundry too.

You also get access to the community pool in the summer, picnic areas with grills, and a park nearby. Plenty of local restaurants and bars, especially in Shirlington and Old Town.
